Grilled Jamaican lobster with vibrant garnishes

From Buff Bay to Oak Bluffs, there's an energy that carries across the water. Sitting in Portland Parish, where the Blue Lagoon draws travelers, and Boston Bay has pulled people off the road for generations, Buff Bay is the kind of place locals protect, and visitors never forget, just as The Vineyard has been for decades.

Chef Andre Fowles cooks from that spirit. Kingston-trained, New York-seasoned, Three-time Chopped Champion, and author of My Jamaican Table. Andre's culinary philosophy is simple: cook with purpose, honor your roots, and feed people from the heart. His food bridges cultures — grounded in Jamaica's rich heritage, but always evolving, honest, and deeply personal."

His food is grounded, intentional, and deeply his.

Come Energized, Come Hungry, Come Ready.
